I’d like to start things off by explaining why I wanted to start this blog. Some people fantasize about having the biggest muscles or flattest stomach, but the best reason to be into fitness is simply for your well being. I’m into fitness just because I want to live a healthy lifestyle. My main goal is to help others start the right path to their fitness journeys.
A little about me
I am apart of the “Gen Z” generation and was born in the year 2000. I’ve lived in Texas my whole life. Growing up, sports was my life and there never really was a time when I was out of shape since I was active year round. However, that all changed after I graduated high school and I had to actually try to stay in shape. So for the past two years I have been working out consistently just because I simply enjoy being active. There is perks to working out when it comes to health. For example, your immune system is stronger when you workout which helps fight off sickness. I am a Christian and my faith is strong. I hope you enjoy the content I put out and thank you for reading.
